Job Title: Financial Educator & Benefits Specialist (1099 Contractor)
Location: 100% RemoteU.S. Only
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Job Summary: We are seeking driven, self-motivated Financial Educator & Benefits Specialistto join our dynamic agency. This role is a fully remote, commission-based position, ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

As an Independent Contractor, you will focus on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed your goals, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients.

• Present and provide company products/services to new and existing clients.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

• Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any customer questions or concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of all activities, customer interactions, and sales results.

• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

• Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding goals.

• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

• Successfully converting leads into long-term clients and maintaining relationships for repeat business.

• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in client services, preferably in a commission-based role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, age 18+ only (due to requirement of state and federal licensing and contracting.)
