Job summary

The Diocese of Charlotte is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diocesan real estate projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate with pastors, principals, and administrators, ensuring adherence to diocesan approval processes and reporting to the Construction & Real Estate Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• North Carolina real estate broker license preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in related project management or real estate roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for parishes during Canon 1281 Title II processes.
• Liaise between Construction & Real Estate Office and other diocesan offices.
• Deliver real estate projects from concept to completion under diocese approval.
• Prepare analyses to evaluate real estate transactions for decision makers.
• Develop and advance a diocesan real estate strategy with procedures.
• Coordinate with brokers, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
• Gather data, prepare reports, and present to the Real Estate & Facilities Committee.
• Manage project documentation and ensure proper file organization.
• Travel within the Diocese of Charlotte as required.
