Job summary

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diocesan real estate projects, collaborating with pastors, principals, and administrators from concept to project completion under the diocesan approval process.

You will report to the Construction & Real Estate Office director and coordinate with the Chancery, Legal, and Finance offices, brokers, appraisers, and other real estate professionals to evaluate transactions and implement the diocesan strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• NC real estate broker license preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of related experience; school and church real estate project experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for parishes in Canon 1281 Title II Process.
• Liaise between Construction & Real Estate Office and Chancery, Legal, and Finance Offices.
• Develop and deliver real estate analyses to support decisions.
• Build relationships with brokers, appraisers, and other professionals.
• Assist in implementing the diocesan real estate strategy and presenting to the committee.
