Our Sunday Visitor, Inc. seeks a Diocesan Consultant to serve as the strategic liaison between the organization and its diocesan partners. You will build trusted relationships, drive donor engagement, coordinate annual appeal campaigns, and guide campaigns from planning through evaluation.

You will manage projects, collaborate with internal teams, and travel to dioceses as needed to optimize fundraising outcomes using data-driven insights and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of education and relevant experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in account management, client relations, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience with dioceses, parishes, Catholic organizations, or faith-based nonprofits preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Evening/weekend work may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with diocesan executives, clergy, development leaders, and management teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to dioceses.
• Coordinate annual appeal planning and execution; lead campaign planning meetings.
• Manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail; track milestones.
• Monitor performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
• Present to executive stakeholders and lead training/webinars as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
