Job summary

The Diocese of St. Augustine seeks an experienced Development Director to oversee the Stewardship Cohort and Catholic Foundation.

You will design and manage comprehensive development plans, cultivate major gifts, coordinate capital campaigns, and report to the Bishop and Chancellor for Administrative Affairs. This role leads multiple teams and collaborates with diocesan offices to advance fundraising across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or Non-Profit Administration.
• Certified Fund-Raising Executive credential or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum seven years of progressive development experience overseeing fundraising programs; five+ years in major gifts.
