• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and prospective supporters.
• Build and maintain donor management systems, prospect tracking, and reporting processes.
• Develop compelling cases for support and communicate the impact of philanthropic investments.
• Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular reports to leadership and board members.
