Churchill Street is a brunch & dinner restaurant in Shoreview, Minnesota. We seek an experienced dinner sauté cook to join a professional team, Tuesday–Saturday, 1:30pm–10pm, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes, work independently, advanced knife skills and can own station.
• Working with chef to develop station specific specials.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lateral Service - support and serve other team members.
• Own The Individual Guest Experience - delight each guest with prepared dishes.
• Deliver Perfect Recipes - follow specs, ensure proper seasoning and presentation.
• Own the Cleanliness of the Prep area & Coolers - keep area clean at all times.
• Communicate Product Needs - inform chef and lead about prep requirements.

We are now looking for an experienced dinner sauté cook who wants to work alongside a team of professionals to create the best food in the northern suburbs! Tuesday - Saturday 1:30pm - 10pm 5 days a week.

Churchill Street is a brunch & dinner restaurant, coffee bar, market and community gathering place in Shoreview, Minnesota. We serve scratch-made modern classics using sustainable, local and seasonal ingredients as often as possible.
