Churchill Street in Shoreview, MN is seeking an experienced dinner griddle cook to join a professional team. Shifts Tue–Sat 1:30pm–10pm, five days weekly. We serve scratch-made modern classics with sustainable, local ingredients and offer a share of tips plus strong benefits.

• Ability to follow recipes, work independently, advanced knife skills and can own station.
• Working with chef to develop station specific specials.
• Sense of urgency. Good time management. Attention to detail. Works cleanly.
• Need to be able to work under pressure
• Cares about working in a clean kitchen and takes care of equipment
• Cares about working as part of a team and maintaining a team environment
• Exhibit self-motivated behavior and communicate clearly

• Communicate Product Needs - Ensure effective communication regarding prep & product needs to chef and prep lead

We are now looking for an experienced dinner griddle cook who wants to work alongside a team of professionals to create the best food in the northern suburbs! Tuesday - Saturday 1:30pm - 10pm 5 days a week.
Churchill Street is a brunch & dinner restaurant, coffee bar, market and community gathering place in Shoreview, Minnesota. We serve scratch-made modern classics using sustainable, local and seasonal ingredients as often as possible.
