Position: Dinner & Closing Pizza Maker

Location: Uptown Minneapolis

Shifts: Evening to Late Night (including weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handcraft pizzas, toppings, and other menu items with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times.
• Work as part of a team to handle high-volume rushes.
• Close down the kitchen properly at the end of the night.
• Prep for the next day to set the team up for success.
• Deliver great vibes and even better customer experiences.

Requirements / Responsibilities

What to Expect

• We are open until 3:00 AM; closing shifts typically run until 4:00–5:00 AM depending on business and cleaning needs.
• This is a fast-paced, high-energy role—you’ll be moving, multitasking, and staying focused.
• Late nights are part of the job; this is not a typical 9–5.
