Toppers Pizza in West Allis, Wisconsin is seeking motivated team members to join the closing crew. You will work evening shifts, wrap up operations, and set things up for tomorrow while delivering great experiences to customers and fellow team members.

Direct Deposit and paid training are offered. Meal discounts including a free medium pizza while working, and opportunities for rapid advancement within a FUN atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role and shift needs.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold policies; provide feedback and coaching to Team Members as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit.

Salary: $11.00 - $13.50 per hour, plus carry out tips

Prior experience in one or more of the following roles/brands is highly desirable: customer service, pizza maker cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job at toppers pizza, Papa Murphys, chick-fil-a, dominos, pizza hut, McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendys, Taco Bell, KFC, Arbys, Panera Bread.
