Job summary

Toppers Pizza is seeking motivated team members to join the closing crew. You’ll help wrap up operations, set up for tomorrow, and leave each night knowing you made an impact. Salary ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour, plus carry out tips, with direct deposit and paid training.

Candidates should have 18+ years old, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and be reliable with transportation. A FUN atmosphere and rapid advancement opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

Prior experience in one or more of the following roles/brands is highly desirable: customer service, pizza maker cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job at toppers pizza, Papa Murphys, chick-fil-a, dominos, pizza hut, McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendys, Taco Bell, KFC, Arbys, Panera Bread.
