Compass Group USA's Chartwells Higher Ed at St. John Fisher University in Rochester invites applications for a Dining Technology & Systems Intern.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience with technology troubleshooting, digital signage, menu programming, and system support across dining operations. You will work with leadership, support multiple dining locations, develop problem-solving, communication, and vendor coordination skills, and gain exposure to IT support and hospitality tech

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot dining technology, software, and equipment issues.
Program and maintain digital menus and digital signage.
Assist with menu and system programming across dining platforms.
Coordinate, track, and follow up on technology service tickets.
Assist staff with basic technology support and system questions.
Test system updates and new technology implementations.
Assist with identifying and resolving technology issues that impact daily dining operations.
Communicate with vendors and support teams regarding technology issues and service requests.
Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date system information.
Provide operational support for dining technology and serving platforms.
Assist with technology-related projects, upgrades, and new system implementations.
Work with Front of House, Back of House, Catering, Marketing, and Administration.
