Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Dining Supervisor in Marysville, OH for a full-time, 1st shift role with flexible scheduling, primarily Monday–Friday. The candidate will oversee front end operations, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

Essential experience includes prior foodservice, strong customer service, and leadership abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including food and safety programs.
• Communicate issues to management (customer issues, cleanliness, safety or security).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as specified by management.
