Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor to oversee front end operations and ensure smooth service across shifts. This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and proven team leadership in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

You will follow opening procedures, manage cash handling, enforce safety and grooming standards, and collaborate with management to resolve issues while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to food and physical safety programs.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (customer issues, cleanliness, safety or security).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.
