Job summary

Hallmark Management Service is seeking an onsite food service team member to support dining operations, catering, and retail services at our locations. You will help with serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring standards are followed during meal service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of all menu items and can access allergen or additional information for customers.
• Lead by example in following company policies (uniform, name tags, safety, cut gloves).
• Holds team accountable through field coaching during the shift.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace with proper labeling and rotation of products.
• Ensures station standards are met by staff in their areas.
• Directs assigned staff to ensure efficient customer service during meals.
• Communicates service issues or information to management as needed.
• Exhibits a customer-first attitude.

Our dining program specializes in made from scratch and made to order meals. Our customers will find a wide variety of fresh salads and soups, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, delicious sides, inspiring accompaniments, homemade desserts and more.

Job Related Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrates complete understanding of all menu items being served and can access associated allergen or additional information that customers may need
• Lead by example in consistently supporting company policies (i.e. uniform, name tags, safety, cut gloves, etc.)
• Holds team accountable through field coaching during the shift
• Supports team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
• Assures all station specific standards are always being met through the employees working in those areas
• Provides direction to assigned staff to assure that customers are being efficiently served based upon volume throughout meal service
• Communicate service issues/information to management as needed to assure a smooth-running operation
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
