Job summary

Hallmark Management Service is an onsite food service management company providing residential dining service, catering, and retail operations at some locations. Our dining program specializes in made from scratch and made to order meals.

We are seeking team players for an onsite role with duties including ensuring health/safety guidelines, maintaining a clean workspace, cash handling where applicable, and warmly welcoming customers with questions about our products.

Qualifications

• Background Check
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Requires occasional lifting, up to 40 lbs.
• Requires constant standing and walking

Responsibilities

• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products; maintains a clean and organized workspace, storing, labeling, and rotating product according to our standards
• Follows HMS operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling (where applicable) and guest count reporting
• Welcomes every customer personally, making eye contact and answering any questions they might have regarding the products you are serving
