Job summary

Oakmont of Montecito is a premier senior living community in California. We seek a Front of House Supervisor to lead dining room service, hire and evaluate staff, and ensure top quality and guest satisfaction for residents and families.

You will coordinate service流程, support residents during meals, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across shifts. A background in food service and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in food service preferred.
• Experience supervising and managing employees is preferred.
• Able to operate a PC and use MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room service to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist residents and servers with meal service across courses.
• Ensure dining room POS system operates efficiently and train staff.
• Maintain sanitary, well-organized dining and kitchen areas.
• Plan dining items for events and activities as requested.
