Meriwether Godsey is seeking a Full-time Evening Dining Supervisor for The Grille at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. You will supervise dining room operations, staff, and cater­ing activities, ensuring top service and quality in a campus dining setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining a safe, inclusive dining environment with potential catering support. Must be available Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–11pm.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food service leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment.
• Working knowledge of dining room operations; demonstrated experience in promoting and driving catering programs.
• Experience using online food management systems preferred.
• Growing knowledge of sustainable practices.
• High levels of professionalism and strong leadership skills.

• Monitor and supervise the setup and maintenance of cafeteria area and food stations to maintain quality standards.

• Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests while maintaining effective client and customer‑centric relationships.
• Provide potential assistance with catering events as requested.

Meriwether Godsey is looking for a Full-time Evening Dining Supervisor at The Grille, a facility featuring rotating burger specials, burritos, smoothies, locally made sweets, etc. This role will oversee dining operations at Guilford College located in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Availability & Compensation

• Must be available to work Sunday–Thursday, 3 pm–11 pm.
• $16+ per hour.
