Job summary

Aravilla Assisted Living in Sarasota is seeking a Server to deliver outstanding dining experiences for residents. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and work closely with teammates to maintain a positive, efficient dining environment.

Prior serving experience in an assisted living setting is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assisted Living environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus and describe items, specials, and recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
• Monitor table settings and cleanliness for a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep the workspace clean.
