Job summary

Aravilla Assisted Living in Sarasota is seeking a Server to deliver outstanding dining experiences for residents. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and work closely with teammates to maintain a positive, efficient dining environment.

Prior serving experience in an assisted living setting is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assisted Living environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.

As a Server at Aravilla you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
