Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and sanitation standards while coordinating with the Food Service Director to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
• Ability to coordinate with other departments for unified service
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
• Standing for extended periods may be required
