Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or dining service experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain client rapport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Monitor P&L statements and strive to meet financial targets.
• Drive food safety, sanitation, and quality across the operation.
• Oversee front-of-house dining and coordinate with the Food Service Director.
