Job summary

New Horizon Foods is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead the dining team at a Stillwater facility. The role requires hands-on cooking experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellent resident and guest service.

Responsibilities include menu development within guidelines, inventory control, hiring and developing staff, assisting with meal preparation, and maintaining food presentation and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience and ability to run a kitchen day-to-day.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Menu development within provided guidelines.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Hiring and developing team members.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and appetizingly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning and sanitation.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other management and client.
