Job summary

New Horizon Foods is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead our campus dining program in Crookston, MN. The role focuses on delivering high-quality meals, managing daily kitchen operations, and supervising a team to ensure exceptional service for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate will have culinary experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to oversee menus, inventory, and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience.
• Running day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus within provided guidelines.
• Order and maintain inventory.
• Hire and develop team members.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and appetizingly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management and clients.
