New Horizon Foods, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, develop menus within guidelines, and ensure high-quality service for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has culinary experience, strong customer service, and the ability to recruit, train, and supervise a team, manage inventory, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience is required.
• Experience running a kitchen day to day.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Menu development within provided guidelines.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Hiring and developing team members.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

We are seeking a Dining Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Cooking experience and experience in running the day to day of a kitchen are required.
