Job summary

New Horizon Foods in Crookston, MN is seeking a part-time Cashier/Dietary Aide to join our dining team. You will take orders, deliver meals, bus and clean, and operate the cash register with care.

Preference for reliability, good communication, and the ability to work independently; background check and drug screen required. Occasional weekends may be required; hours roughly 6:30 am to 4:15 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers accurately and courteously.
• Set up and deliver food trays to customers in a timely manner.
• Bus trays and clean dining areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Operate dish machine efficiently and safely.
• Perform light cleaning duties as assigned.
• Work the cash register (till) and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.
