Job summary

Pinehurst is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee F&B staff and ensure timely service to members and guests in all dining areas. You will manage set-up, service flow, and station assignments while maintaining high standards of hospitality and compliance with Pinehurst policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience; NC ABC certification and CPR/AED training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and at least 1 year related food & beverage experience.
• North Carolina ABC Certification; CPR/AED certifications as required by Pinehurst Resort.
• Training or experience in food and beverage service within hotel or resort settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, and clean dining areas efficiently.
• Ensure dining area setup aligns with service periods.
• Assign service stations for meals and supervise side work.
• Maintain supplies for guest service and ensure accurate billing and receipt processing.
• Knowledge of menus and daily specials; provide quality bar, wine, and cocktail service per policy.
• Operate Info Genesis POS and Micros systems accurately.
• Assist in training new employees and monitor guest concerns for quick resolution.
