Apploi is seeking a Dining Services Manager in Vancouver, WA to lead and develop a high-performing dining team in a senior living setting. You will oversee menu planning, food safety, and daily meal service, ensuring quality, portion control, and consistency across meals.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating scheduling, and managing kitchen operations during peak times while upholding professional conduct and Mosaic’s core values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in dining services.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leadership & Team Management: supervise dining services staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily meal preparation, cooking, and plating for quality, portion control, and consistency.
• Assist hands-on in the kitchen during peak times (prep, cook, plate, expedite).
• Conduct regular team huddles to communicate updates and reinforce service standards.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet service needs and regulatory requirements.
• Model professionalism and Mosaic’s core values in all interactions.
