Apploi is seeking a Dining Services Manager in Vancouver, WA to lead and develop a high-performing dining team in a senior living setting. You will oversee menu planning, food safety, and daily meal service, ensuring quality, portion control, and consistency across meals.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating scheduling, and managing kitchen operations during peak times while upholding professional conduct and Mosaic’s core values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in dining services.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary or dietary training preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in dining services, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and senior living dietary requirements.
