Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes and directs Dining and Nutritional Services functions.
• Supervises staff with fair and consistent corrective actions.
• Maintains budget adherence for the Dining and Nutritional Services department.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Interacts with patients and staff to coordinate dining services.
• Prepares reports and supports department updates and evaluations.
