• Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing and directing of functions within the Dining and Nutritional Services Department.
• Supervisory duties with fair and consistently applied corrective actions.
• Establishes and maintains effective inter-departmental communication.
• Maintains compliance with budget restraints and manages supplies and equipment.
• May conduct in-service training programs for staff.
• May participate in hiring interviews and staff selection for Dining and Nutritional Services.
• Ensures compliance with licensure standards and survey processes.
• Contributes to system projects and committees to support organizational goals.
