Harvard University is seeking a General Services role within Harvard University Dining Services. The position encompasses Front-of-House, Bus Person and Dishroom duties, with a 32-hour weekly schedule and a compensation range of $27–$28 per hour.

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsabilités

• Sets up and maintains assigned station before, during and after meal periods.
• Keeps serving areas supplied with clean dishware, glasses, silverware, trays and other supplies needed during meals.
• Monitors serving lines to ensure quality and quantity for customer demand.
• Directs students/guests to safe menu items based on allergies and ingredient listings.
• Maintains sanitation and temperature logs and reports issues to management.
• Supports events and assists with setup, execution and cleanup as assigned.
• Represents HUDS in a professional manner and adheres to dress code and safety standards.
