Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field; four years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 12 months.
• Experience supervising foodservice staff.
• Knowledge of food ordering, storage, sanitation, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of menu planning, quantity food preparation, merchandising, and service.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective work relationships.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front- and back-of-house operations as floor manager.
• Provide ongoing training and staff development.
• Ensure safe and sanitary conditions per standards.
