Unidine is hiring for an Assistant Director of Dining Services I in Fairfield, CT. You will assist with day-to-day food service operations at a medium to large location and lead a team of associates.

You will develop talent, manage client relationships, and support profitability and financial goals in your area. The role includes improving culinary programs and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with Chef and management to create nutritious, top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent client relationships.
• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
