Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited course in dietetic training approved by ADA and state agencies.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sanitation standards.
• Provide point-of-service meal delivery.
• Follow therapeutic diet guidelines with proper temperatures and serving times.
• Educate department staff in dining service functions.
• Plan, prepare, and serve all therapeutic diets.
• Maintain dining service equipment and inventory per policy.
