Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to supervise dietary services in our 100-bed senior living community, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local standards.

You will partner with administration and a dietitian to provide high-quality meals and a safe dining environment, while maintaining compassionate care for residents. English fluency, a high school diploma, and on‑call availability are required; dietary manager training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• On-call availability required.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
• Previous elder care or dietary management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary services in accordance with current standards and policies.
• Collaborate with administration and dietitian to ensure quality care.
