The role requires 4+ years of experience, management experience, and a bachelor's degree. You will partner with clients, control costs, and drive service excellence in a complex correctional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client and customer rapport.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to deliver a unified food service experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize contributions.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Direct and oversee operations related to production, distribution and food service.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees.
• Establish and maintain systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food products.
