Cedarhurst of Crown Point is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the community’s dining program, oversee daily kitchen and dining operations, and mentor the dining services team. You will collaborate with vendors and leadership to uphold high standards of safety, quality, and hospitality for residents, families, and guests.

The role requires strong culinary management, budgeting, and staff development skills, with focus on resident satisfaction and contributing to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of culinary experience required.
• Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in a senior living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the community’s dining program.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and infection control standards.
