Lead dining operations, financial performance, and client relationships in a corporate/high-volume setting. The role emphasizes team leadership, recruitment, and strategic program development to enhance guest dining experiences across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of food service management in corporate dining or high-volume settings.
• Experience budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controls.
• Background in catering, events, and high-volume food production.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Hangouts, Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all food service operations, including dining services, catering, and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees to ensure outstanding service.
• Partner with Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and culinary programs.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and period-end close.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards are met.
• Lead daily pre-service meetings for team alignment.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of dining staff.
• Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews with coaching.
• Drive customer engagement through marketing, menus, and catering events.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
