Job summary
New Horizon Foods, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services Director for Lakeside Academy/Teen Challenge in Buffalo, MN. You will lead a kitchen and dining team to deliver meals with high quality and excellent resident and guest service.

- Extensive culinary experience.
- Prior experience leading a team.

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities
- Menu development within provided guidelines.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Hiring and developing team members.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationship with other management and client.
