Job summary

New Horizon Foods is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the kitchen and dining team at Lakeside Academy/Teen Challenge in Buffalo, MN. The ideal candidate will bring extensive culinary experience, strong leadership, and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include menu development, inventory management, hiring and developing staff, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring food is presented attractively while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive culinary experience required.
• Prior experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel.

We are seeking a Dining Services Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Extensive cooking experience and experience leading a team are required.
