Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is hiring for a Dining Room Server. You will deliver meals to residents and guests on schedule, while providing attentive, first-class service in a warm, respectful environment.

You will work with the dietary team to maintain smooth kitchen operations and ensure resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes compassion for seniors, reliable attendance, and clear communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
