Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service, catering, and/or cashiering preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment including service stations and seating areas.
• Oversee daily dish room operations and training on equipment.
• Restock supplies to maintain continuous service.
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
• Mentor student staff and support part-time employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
