Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must have basic math skills and ability to read thermometers and measuring devices.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains assigned station before, during and after meal periods.
• Keeps serving areas supplied with clean dishware, glasses, silverware, trays and other supplies.
• Monitors serving lines to ensure quality and quantity meet customer demand.
• Communicates with Supervising Manager or Person-in-Charge about food quality and issues.
• Notifies staff of needs prior to running out of items.
• Maintains sanitation and safety by cleaning surfaces and logs.
