Chartwells Higher Education is hiring an Assistant Director of Dining Services to lead on-site operations at a university campus in Minneapolis. You will partner with chefs and the management team to deliver high-quality, nutritious menus and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in food service management, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office; a preferred associate degree. We offer full benefits, 401K, PTO and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Works with Chef and management to create nutritious, top-quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
