Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is hiring a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide to assist in all dining functions and ensure high-quality meals for residents.

The role emphasizes a resident-centered approach, adherence to policies, and contributing to a home-like living environment within a faith-based, not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Work to ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal.
• Support the resident-centered care approach and contribute to a home-like environment.

A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works diligently to ensure that every resident received the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the resident’s home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And/or TRAINING

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.
