Job summary

PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®) Topeka Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide to support all dining services functions. You will help ensure residents receive the highest quality dining experience with each meal, fostering a resident-centered, home-like environment within a faith-based, not-for-profit setting.

Position offers starting pay at $12.50 per hour with shift and weekend differentials under a Premium Pay Plan, plus additional pay based on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

• A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works diligently to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the resident’s home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.
