ClarkLindsey is seeking a Dining Services Aide to join our team in Urbana, IL. The role focuses on dishwashing, meal service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area for residents and guests.

We value reliable, flexible, and hospitality-focused individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and uphold food safety standards. Training is provided, and ServSafe certification is required within 10 days of hire.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required within 10 days of hire.
• Food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Training is provided for motivated candidates.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Dining Services Aide

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards.
• Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assist with dining room setup, meal service, beverage service, and cleanup.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for residents and guests.

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for this position is $16.05 - $17.10 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Additional Information

Schedule: 6:30am - 2:0pm, 40 hours/week. One weekend day per week required.
