Job summary

ClarkLindsey is seeking a reliable Dining Services Aide to support meal service and daily dining operations for residents and guests. You will operate dishwashing equipment, maintain sanitation, assist with dining room setup, and help with food preparation while following established procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a hospitality mindset. Training is provided, and ServSafe certification is required within 10 days of hire with company assistance.

Dining Services Aide

At ClarkLindsey, dining is more than a meal. It's an opportunity to create meaningful connections and enhance the lives of the older adults we serve. We're looking for a dependable, service-oriented Dining Services Aide to join the team.

What You'll Do

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards.

Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.

Assist with dining room setup, meal service, beverage service, and cleanup.

Support food preparation, stocking, and general kitchen organization.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for residents and guests.

Benefits and Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $16.05 - $17.10 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
