Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a dining services server for Mill Street Residence in Fergus Falls, MN. The role supports breakfast, lunch and supper service, helping residents and guests enjoy meals in a warm environment.

Position features 64 hours biweekly with day/PM shifts. Compensation ranges hourly from $16.58 to $22.86, with final pay based on experience and internal equity. Lake Region Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Setting the dining room for each meal and cleaning up afterward.
• Serving meals according to standards.
• Assisting tenants and guests as soon as they arrive in the dining room.
• Guiding them to tables that are open for seating.
• Assisting tenants and guests with meal selection.
• Maintaining, cleaning and sanitizing areas of the dining room and kitchen.
• Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for tenants' and guests' dining experience.
